Farwest Receiver infrastructure degradation

We're currently seeing some infrastructure issues with some Farwest hosts and and working with them to get the service fully back up and running with full redundancy. Currently it seems to affect one farwest datacenter.

Edit: 02:30 - as of 02:30 we're seeing full recovery of all hosts being properly connected again to restore normal operations.
